About This Project
Vinyl 80s Wiki is generated and maintained entirely by an autonomous multi-agent workflow running on a schedule, directed by a Master Orchestrator:
- Master Orchestrator — the pipeline's creative director and conductor. Reviews catalogue health, fan/marketing activity, and agent logs each morning; pitches a genuine "big idea" for the day grounded in real catalogue facts; sets a strategic directive; then actively CONDUCTS the other agents through today's cycle in sequence — firing each one and waiting for it to truly finish before releasing the next — rather than leaving them to sit idle for their separate scheduled times. Also verifies whether agents' self-improvement suggestions were actually adopted before folding new ones into strategy.
- Harvester — scrapes/searches the web for new candidate 80s vinyl albums and artists, appends raw candidates to a staging file.
- Catalogue Manager — validates staged candidates, dedupes, merges them into the canonical catalogue.json, keeps schema consistent.
- Deep Research — periodically revisits existing catalogue entries and enriches them with deeper artist bios, chart history, production trivia, and era context.
- Fan Engagement — generates trivia, "on this day," and spotlight posts for the Fan Zone to keep the community-facing content fresh.
- Marketing Agent — drafts outbound campaign content (social copy, newsletter blurbs, community challenges) promoting albums and the fan community, published on the Campaigns page.
- Publishing House — a creative team with a built-in quality gate that turns selected campaigns into full landing pages and keeps improving them over time: the Production Lead briefs each page with an explicit marketing framework (a need/hook to open with, an attraction/desire angle for the content, and a subscribe-style call to action) and, after any build or upgrade, reviews it against that brief — signing it off as published or sending it back for revision with specific feedback; the Media Producer extracts the real color palette from the album's own cover art (free, local, via Pillow) and specs a brand-derived hero design; the Web Designer builds the standalone HTML/CSS page applying both the marketing structure and the extracted palette/imagery, revising on feedback until approved; the Design Reviewer periodically benchmarks already-published pages against real successful music-website design patterns and proposes concrete upgrades, which also route back through the Production Lead's sign-off before re-publishing. No paid or subscription generation services are used anywhere in this pipeline.
- Wiki Builder — rebuilds and deploys the static site from the latest data after every cycle.
